What happens next? Shortlisted candidates are contacted to schedule an internal interview with our Recruitment Manager. Our minimum requirements are relevant tertiary education, a minimum of 3 years’ working experience in the appropriate field, excellent computer literacy and an up-to-date computer system with strong Internet and no data cap. Most importantly, we are looking for a positive, can-do attitude.
The best of the best will make it to the final round. This is the point at which our top candidates are interviewed by the client so they can make a final selection. Before you meet with the client do your homework to find out as much about the company as possible. On the day, make sure you are in a suitable location to conduct your interview and dress to impress.
