The first day of your billing cycle. Which is the monthly anniversary of the day you sign up with us. In other words, you pay for each month upfront.
You can use as many hours as you need. You can ask your Virtual Assistant if they have additional time to assist. They normally do. If they don’t then we will arrange a backup Virtual Assistant for you. These additional hours will be added to your next bill.
After you get in touch with us, we will set up a discovery call. During this time, we chat about what items you need help with, during what hours, how often etc. We talk about what industry you work in, what traits and skills are important to you, and your working style. Following that we choose a Virtual Assistant that meets all of these criteria.
